The journey of LaPaz Batchoy Restaurant began in 2004 with the vision of two remarkable individuals. Mr. Safar Qahtani, a visionary entrepreneur from Saudi Arabia, partnered with Mr. Nero Brusas, from Iloilo Province in the Philippines. Their shared passion for authentic cuisine and cultural connection led them to establish the first LaPaz Batchoy branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
